Job Description
The Manager, Learning & Development, will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing talent and organization development strategies for Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE). The position reports to the Vice President, Learning & Development.

Responsibilities
• Co-Lead Leadership Academy Program – leadership development program targeting Manager to Vice President level employees. Duties include updating curriculum, facilitation, communications, vendor and budget management
• Co-Lead Business of Entertainment 201 Program – business/industry acumen program targeting Director to Vice President level employees. Duties include updating curriculum, facilitation, communications, budget management, and prepping EVP to President level speakers
• Design and facilitate team development sessions/offsites as needed (i.e., combination of in-house session content including Emergenetics and StrengthsFinder and custom sessions)
• Partner with team members to project manage the design and delivery of additional/new L&D programs or offerings as needed
• Facilitate New Hire Orientation and New Hire Socials on a rotating basis
• Plan leadership development calendar of offerings on a quarterly basis in alignment with the team development strategy and organizational learning needs
• Oversee Leadership Portal website, including planning and implementing site enhancements/updates as needed, liaison with IT department, and access management
• Support administration of annual Talent & Succession Planning process including data collation and analysis
• Liaise with external vendors to design and deliver solutions, as needed
• Partner with internal business groups and P&O partners to identify stakeholder needs and develop solutions
• Engage in the development of new processes or enhancements of existing processes related to overall department workflows
• Oversee invoice management, room scheduling, purchases among other items handled by Coordinator for learning sessions/programs
• Perform other tasks/travel to deliver work for team as needed

• Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changes in priority and/or direction easily

Qualifications/Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 8 years of experience in learning and organization development or related field with a Bachelor's degree or 6 years of experience with a Master's degree
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
• Emergenetics and/or StrengthsFinder certification is desirable

The anticipated base salary for this position is $110,000 to $138,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
