Post Production Coordinator- MPG
• Daily Coordination for all Columbia Pictures Shows (Tape & PIX Formats: Pre-Planning, Receiving, Distribution, & Making Selects)
• Answer Telephones, Take Messages, Forward Calls and Coordinate Conference Calls
• Post Schedule Creation and Distribution
• Report Distribution to Post Executives as needed – PSR, Post Summary, Screening Report
• Management of Purchase Orders & Check Requests – Issuing, Distribution, and Filing
• Book ADR Stages & ISDN Hookups – Locally, Nationally & Worldwide
• ADR Contracts – Compile Start-Up Packets, Get Approvals and Distribute Completed Contracts
• Make Travel Arrangements and Submit Travel Authorizations (for Execs, Editors & Actors)
• Expense Report Management
• Courier Requests – Pick-Up and Receiving
• Drive- On Requests
• Setup Parking / Badge Access for Editorial Crews
• Order Office Supplies and Computer Equipment for Department
• Keep Track of Dept. Assets Used by Editorial
• Maintain Copies of Scripts and Manage Script Updates
• Maintain Files of Worldwide Post Vendor Contacts and Information.
• Coordinate Packing Labels for Picture and Sound Editorials for Inventory
• Coordinate Proper Inventory of Plate Footage for Stock Shots
• Archive Finished Project Files
• Manage Editorial Offices (Set-up & Wrap)
• Manage the functions of the Production Assistant (Supplies, Asset lists, Petty Cash, Timecards, and Completing Editorial Requests)
• Request/PO: Dolby License – every 6 months
• Request/PO: All outstanding charges – Upon wrap of show and/or every 3 months
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Production or equivalent industry
• Entertainment or corporate experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Excellent computer skills specifically Word, Excel, working knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote, working knowledge of audio, video, and image files
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Demonstrates high problem solving skills and be able to proactively troubleshoot
• To perform efficiently, accuracy and attention to detail required
• Must be able to work independently and multi task with ease
• Must be able to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Identify work priorities and requirements up-front and make timely decisions
• Demonstrates the ability to work with all levels of management.
• Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team including contributing beyond your range of duties and experience
