Coordinator, Studio Tours

The Coordinator/Tour Guide position is responsible for conducting regular, familiarization (FAM), and specialty/VIP tours of the lot. This position will also oversee all aspects of the VIP tours including booking reservations, correspondence, and guest experience/satisfaction.

They will maintain a noticeable presence for the Tour Department in the Travel and Tourism industry by attending conferences and mixers. They will also assist the Marketing Supervisor with developing and implementing sales and marketing initiatives and conducting surveys after VIP experiences.

Responsibilities
• Conduct daily, VIP, and event tours as needed in order to maximize tour department profit. This includes evenings and weekends when necessary.
• Coordinate all VIP Lunch and Coffee and Conversation Tours. This includes making reservation, overseeing the guest experience and assisting in the implementation of new VIP tour experiences.
• Assist with office coverage, new tour guide training, making reservation, answering phones, and general studio tour correspondence.
• Assist with marketing and sales efforts. This includes attending marketing meetings and industry mixers.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 2 years of travel and tourism experience
• 1 year of office training/customer service
• 1 year of leading groups or tours
• Knowledge of Tour Department operations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced environment
• Good self starter, able to work well independently and without constant supervision.
