Ad Sales Senior Coordinator- Maternity Cover

The Sales Advertising Senior Coordinator is responsible for achieving and exceeding advertising revenue targets through direct selling of advertising time through Sony Pictures Television (SPT): AXN and AXN White in Spain and AXN, AXN White and AXN Black in Portugal, as well as the relationship, coordination and support of our sister companies (PlayStation, Sony Music, Sony Pictures and Sony Electronics).

This maternity cover position (6 months from May 2023) will play a key role in the Advertising Sales department. Based in Madrid the position will be heavily involved in the heartbeat of Sony's channels' business, while also connected to regional and global industry trends. Collaborating with other functions such as Programming and Sales within SPT will be fundamental to success.

Your main missions will be to:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and third-party suppliers;
• Manage a client portfolio: communication of programming news, activity monitoring, commercial visits and public relations;
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations of our content and special actions;
• Elaborate proposals for the advertising market: negotiate terms, conditions and prices and coordinate the processing of orders through all phases of the sales and fulfillment process;
• Identify new customers: study and analysis of the advertising market to detect business opportunities;
• Collaborate with the sales team: coordination of weekly agenda, assessment of quantitative and qualitative objectives;
• Manage our third party supplier (Pulsa) to ensure special campaigns are successful;
• Work closely with Production and Operations to help meet internal deadlines and advertising campaign goals;
• Ensure weekly activity reports, proposal monitoring and post evaluation of results.

Your profile:
• 6+ years of experience selling or actively managing advertising.
• Experience in TV Media sales managing special action teams of media agencies and client relations through daily contact.
• Strong client/agency relationships with a proven and quantifiable track record.
• Ability to partner closely with production and operations team to monitor creative implementation and flawless execution of planning to ensure campaigns have been accurately planned and aired.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to present both in person and virtually.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
• Skilled in managing deadlines and collaborating across functions in a media organisation.
• Fluent English and Spanish are essential.
