Coordinator, Sales

Job Description

As a Coordinator, Sales at Masterworks you will report to the Senior Director, Sales and support the larger Sales teams in New York.

What you'll do:
• Assist with the process of pitching Digital Accounts (grids, newsletters, pitch forms etc…)
• Perform regular checks on label's releases to ensure all deliveries are accurate and complete to digital providers
• Help with the execution of new release and catalog campaigns
• Recap placement and playlist additions each week
• Support the production of insights and analyses for the label, Artists & Managers
• Find creative ways to tell the stories gleaned from our data as we plan sales strategies for both new and catalog artists
• Become a go-to resource for managing daily tasks at digital accounts
• Set up and communicate pre-orders and new releases to Physical Accounts
• Help with playlist creation and campaigns including creation of assets

Who you are:
• Prior experience with / Interest in sales and streaming
• Proficiency in computer software applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, Outlook)
• Any additional experience with data visualization/preparation is a bonus - i.e. experience with Tableau, Alteryx or similar software
• Highly motivated and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with an ability to set and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Classical, Soundtracks, Broadway or Jazz is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented, organized, timely and accurate
• Passionate about the music industry and proficient in current trends within the music industry and the Digital Accounts landscape
