The Talent Acquisition Specialist is an integral partner in managing recruiting activity and building candidate relationships for the company. This role will attract and recruit the best talent to fulfill the different departments' needs in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
• Understands the technical needs of positions, departments and projects.
• Improves and uses online tools to discover and attract top candidates.
• Builds and maintains a network of potential candidates through proactive strategies, research, networking, and outreach.
• Manages entire recruitment processes, guaranteeing the best candidate experience.
• Communicates with Hiring Managers to stay on track of the scheduled production plans.
• Provides accurate feedback to candidates.
• Posts job descriptions on websites and university boards.
• Reports on the status of selection processes.
• Job fair attendance as required.
• Keeps up on current artistic methodologies and on technology trends and tools that best suit the production and the company in the development of a stronger creative and technical environment.
• Works together with the team providing them with support, guidance and instruction in areas that contribute towards their professional growth.
• Follows the Supervisor's and Lead's guidance.
• Collaborates with other team members, when necessary.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in 3D animation, VFX or Video Game industries is desired.
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or similar.
• Experience in Recruitment 2.0.
• Experience hiring candidates worldwide.
• High English level and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
