Responsibilities:
• Providing a high quality of customer service support on Talent Acquisition business processes and operations, systems, and projects
• Consult with hiring managers and HR Team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Recruit and perform Talent Acquisition activities such as resume review & phone screens, candidate interviews, reference checks, and assist with final selection of applicants
• Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports, and other staffing functions as needed.
• Conduct new employee orientation and ensure the onboarding process is engaging
• Review and post jobs, ensuring they are accurate, engaging, and aligned with current hiring needs and company branding guidelines
• Prepare training materials for the field and give presentations of those trainings
• Understanding of how Recruitment and Talent Acquisition align with other HR functions and be able to recognize adverse applicant data prior to or during the interviewing stage
• Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of the recruiting function including internal policies and procedures, as well ensuring alignment with employment regulations, including FLSA and EEOC
• Conduct regular audits of recruitment processes to ensure compliance with company policies and FCC EEO standards
• Utilize HRIS data for analysis and reporting, and execute and distribute monthly and quarterly reports relating to Talent Acquisition and Hiring
• Work in tandem with the Talent Acquisition Manager on creating recruiting strategies with a focus on being the employer of choice
• Manage and maintain the FCC compliance and EEO reporting process on a bi-monthly basis.
• Become an expert in FCC rules relating to hiring and train stations on the reporting process and handle EEO audits when necessary (don't worry, we will train you!)
• Sourcing candidates for high level station positions
• Other recruitment and HR duties as assigned
Required Skills:
• BA/BS degree and 3+ years Recruiting experience
• Experience managing the full recruitment life cycle
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
• Highly detail oriented, organized, able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities, as well as problem solve.
• Strong relationship building skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks and take initiative are all necessary qualities for a successful Coordinator
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems
• Knowledge working with online recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, etc.) and strong proficiency of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Advanced sourcing techniques in finding niche marketplaces and untapped resources where top talent exists
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems
• Proven ability to communicate and effectively ''sell'' an organizations value proposition
• Strong customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with employees at all levels in the company

The base salary compensation range for this role is $50,000 to $65,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, quarterly and annual incentive plan bonuses, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
This is an in-office position with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule.
