The Role: As our Sales Recruiter, you'll be the mastermind behind finding and attracting the best sales professionals for all our content centers across the country. From sourcing to screening, you'll use your digital expertise to navigate the landscape and uncover both passive and active job seekers with a passion for sales for each of our locations.

What you will do every day:
• Partnering with hiring managers at each location to understand their needs and craft targeted recruitment strategies.
• Utilizing digital platforms and tools to identify, engage, and nurture top-tier sales talent.
• Conducting phone interviews and assessments to ensure candidates are a perfect fit for our team and stay closely connected with Sales Leadership through the interview process.
• Building strong relationships with candidates to provide an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Consistently develop and sustain a talent pipeline of sales professionals who are potential matches for current or future sales roles across the country.
• Staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging innovative techniques to continuously improve our sales recruiting efforts.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience recruiting sales people, preferably in a digital / media environment.
• Proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top sales talent.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools (LinkedIn, ATS, etc.).
• Experience recruiting on a national scale preferred, with proficiency in managing talent pipelines across multiple geographic locations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

The compensation range for this role is $70,000-$80,000 plus bonuses. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
