Showtime, a Paramount company, is seeking a new Supervisor of Scripted & Unscripted Content to join our Program Operations and Distribution team. This could be a great opportunity for a Junior Manager. In this role you will work with the Directors of Program Operations on all stages of scripted and unscripted content, from conception, through post production, finishing and final delivery. You will be part of a team that is integral to the successful delivery and global release of Showtime content, including worldwide streaming, broadcast and film festivals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Support Directors of Program Operations with pre-production, production, editorial, finishing, mixing, master QC, delivery, internal QC, and archival wrap stages of scripted and unscripted feature and episodic series content.
• Create and update incoming asset delivery spreadsheets based on each title's delivery requirements.
• Monitor, track and audit incoming program assets to ensure each element complies with technical requirements.
• Confirm each element is delivered to its accurate destination and email notifications are sent as instructed.
• Communicate timely delivery updates and issues to Directors.
• Assist with fixes and redeliveries for rejected assets.
• Review test files and master QC reports for approval/rejection under the guidance of the Directors.
• Onboard internal and external users to various point-to-point delivery destinations, including SharePoint and Aspera.
• For fiber feed content, assist with compiling notification list templates, booking feeds, and provide back-up support on conference bridge during the feed.
• Assist with early file delivery for localization needs, and festival and special screening file delivery for turnaround to DCP.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in post-production or technical operations at a network, studio, post facility, post-production company, or a digital media & entertainment company.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Working knowledge of video file codecs, containers, resolutions, audio file types and configurations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills with ability to think analytically, multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
