Job Description
Sesame Workshop is looking for an Office Coordinator. The US Social Impact (USSI) Office Coordinator is a key member of the department. The Office Coordinator performs administrative tasks essential for the effective functioning of the department.

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for the SVP, USSI, including comprehensive calendar management, internal and external meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
• Maintain the VP, Content Design and the content team's calendar schedules, time schedules (JournyX/ADP), make cost-effective business travel arrangements, and submit expense reports.
• Process vendor contracts or renewals, invoices, and organizational membership dues, connected to USSI project coding. Particularly for invoices and contracts, keep track of budget coding and payment to assure timing processing.
• Assist in the planning of advisory or partner meeting logistics, virtual or in-person, with administrative details including scheduling, travel and living arrangements, registration, shipping materials, and internal meeting space locations.
• Participate in meetings with the Speakers Bureau team and subsequent follow-up and coordination with calendar and travel arrangements for USSI external presentations.
• Facilitate the ordering, shipping, and tracking of materials, furniture, and premiums for the creation of ''USSI comfy spaces.''
• When possible, participate in meetings as a notetaker.
• Track and store the department's office supplies, premiums, and storage materials at the warehouse (along with invoicing) while identifying on a timely basis when there is a need to reorder.
• Over time contribute to the development of PowerPoint presentations using Sesame Workshop template formats.

. Qualifications:
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role for an organization.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding and flexibility handle multi-tasks under tight deadlines with ease in asking for guidance in prioritization.
• Able to work independently and with others.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office programs, with a focus on improving PowerPoint skills.
