Brand Management at Riot, like everything else at Riot, is focused on our players and fans. Our philosophy is that brand at Riot exists to ensure trust, to help inspire interest and to provide meaning for all things that we do - this includes the Riot Brand, League of Legends MOBA, League of Legends esports, VALORANT and our other games.

As the Sr. Manager, Brand Management, you will lead the operations for all core brand and campaign management efforts, driving opportunities that inspire the next generation of Riot Games players and fans in LATAM. You'll lead a team of Brand Managers that develops the LATAM campaign strategies and initiatives for all games' moments – from small to large – and the associated player experiences that guide our global cross discipline publishing team to achieve player resonant marketing. You will work with other leads (Insights, Creative, Comms and Production) to create cohesive, outstanding and goal-hitting experiences for our players. Additionally, you will contribute to the evolution of our core brand against a diverse and evolving global market landscape.

Responsibilities
• Oversee and contribute to the development of campaign strategy and player journeys for all marketing beats.
• Serve as the main point of contact toward the Americas HUB where you will pitch and co-work for a LATAM brand strategy while also and representing and being the voice for our LATAM gamers and fans towards the broader Riot Brand community of practice.
• Guide successful execution of campaign and initiative development within the team - producing outstanding creative experiences that innovate marketing in the games industry.
• Lead a team of Rioters, providing development opportunities and being an example for Riot's cultural values.
• Ensure that all marketing programs are aligned with organizational goals, target audience and core brand strategy.
• Partner with our insights team to develop measurement goals for all of our marketing efforts, guide marketing research and enhancing the team's collective knowledge of our future audience and landscape.
• Provide marketing insight and guidance to Product teams, advocating for the results of publishing activity and contributing positively to team culture.
• Be a strategic partner between the Americas HUB and the local LATAM team balancing global/pan regional/local initiatives to drive value to our players.
• Support the advancement of our brands based on evolving market insights and opportunities.

Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of marketing experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Demonstrated expertise in campaign planning, development and successful execution
• Brand strategic planning with proven awesome results preferably applied on massive consumer products/services and/or entertainment field.
• Experience both driving results and improving brand resonance.
• Intimate knowledge of the fast-moving global games marketing landscape, current competition, innovations and trends and how they impact our business
