Riot's Workplace Experience (WE) team is responsible for everything that is the physical embodiment of what Riot stands for. We are made up of Physical Security (PSEC), Facility Operations, Workplace Programs (like NOMs, Events, Well Being, and Transportation), and Occupancy Planning. As the Facilities Partner, you'll report to the Manager, Workplace Experience, China. You are responsible for leading facilities services as well as maintaining mechanical and related infrastructure systems that allow Riot offices to run efficiently. You will support initiatives across game development, production, publishing, entertainment, and enterprise operations teams, as well as other internal and external partners. You are a champion of office morale, exemplify our Riot Values, and are passionate about driving our company goals and vision; all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities:
• Execute preventative maintenance plans, small-scale construction projects, and the management of vendors to conduct regular repairs and maintenance.
• Identify maintenance needs throughout the office and work with outside vendors to complete those repairs.
• Work closely with the Workplace Experience Manager on delegated projects, tracking established achievements, inspecting work for completeness, and assuring the final delivery meets the intended objectives
• Confirm costs for pass-throughs for repairs under the supervision of the Workplace Experience Manager. Requests approval for pass-throughs from the Workplace Experience Manager and follows-up on work requests carried out by external parties.
• Respond to emergency calls during off hours and execute emergency maintenance services as needed. Plans strategy for emergency event responses, including floods, fires, power-outages, and earthquakes.
• Serve as a point of communication between WE and first responders in the event of an emergency.
• Work to improve workplace experience through changes to interior design and adjustments to physical systems.
• Work and coordinate with the global EHS & Security team, draft safety/health processes related to the office working environment, monitor all WE team vendor's safety performance, and conduct regular evaluations.

Required Qualifications:
• 3~5 years of work experience in facilities management
• 1~3 years of vendor management experience
• Fit-out project experienc e
• Fluent in English & Chinese (verbal, reading, and writing)
• Ability to work independently and identify priorities
• Good communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented and an effective multitasker
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability

• Bachelor's degree
• Passionate about gaming industry
