QA Supervisor - Teamfight Tactics (TFT)

As a QA Supervisor, you will manage Quality Assurance professionals who work with software engineers, content developers, artists, project managers, and producers to create value for players around the world. You will be guided by Riot's Test Policy to develop quality activities for every stage of the software development life cycle. Additionally, you will partner with your team and other craft leaders to arrive at more efficient solutions to everyday problems and improve delivery. You will also direct and task other QA professionals, often remotely to get your work completed.

As a Quality Assurance Supervisor on Teamfight Tactics, you will be the direct manager for multiple Quality Assurance professionals, providing mentorship, performance management and coaching on QA best practices. You will support the team's quality initiative, grow the culture and expand the team's visibility across TFT. You will work with team leaders across multiple game experiences and Riot products to ensure that all necessary quality programs are adopted, Goals are met while working collaboratively across the TFT organization to ensure the full-time and vendor QA resources focus on quality programs that focus on the player experience.

You will report into a QA Manager or Senior QA Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and train several QA professionals
• Hire and retain qualified talent, while understanding and working with resource constraints
• Create measurable quality targets based on product goals while driving visibility on progress.
• Guide testing strategies and conduct quality activities throughout the software development life cycle.
• Hold fellow team members accountable for including quality as an essential factor in product development.
• You're trusted and expected to be the Voice of the Player.

Required Qualifications:
• 2 or more years Quality Assurance Experience
• Hire and retain qualified talent while understanding and working with resource constraints.
• Guide testing strategies and conduct quality activities throughout the software development life cycle.
• Mitigate Risks using data to improve decisions
• Improve product pipeline and workflows
• Manage team tasks to meet timelines
• Test Planning, execution and defect management.

Desired Qualifications:
• One or more years of management experience
• QA experience across several platforms; mobile, console, and PC
