As a Technical QA Analyst, you will work with colleagues such as engineers, product owners and vendors in order to make quality an everyday part of the software development life cycle for KR players' experience. Additionally, you're responsible for ensuring that delivery intent is understood by the quality assurance team, risks to quality are highlighted, and your teams have the necessary resources and result to reach your quality goals.

You will be accountable for the quality of Riot-made content and Korea-specific features such as PC Bang Loyalty system and KR legal requirements.

As a Rioter in Seoul, you'll join a tight-knit group of exceptionally bright-minded individuals who share our prioritization of player experience, rejection of convention, and passion for gaming. Riot Games Korea is dedicated to creating tailored player experiences that show local players they aren't lost in translation.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the highest quality for all Riot-made content and Korea-specific features.
• Execute various activities for product quality with ownership.
• Develop, design and maintain manual and automated tests for various functions of titles, the PC Bang, shutdown system, and billing system to deliver products of the highest quality for KR players.
• Provide direct guidance on developing test plans and test execution.
• Work as one cohesive team to defend the game from any hidden defects by developing and monitoring QA procedures, methodologies, and policies.
• Communicate risks, defects, feature completeness, and test coverage reports to relevant teams to help inform any critical decision-making.
• Understand what it takes to grow quality for a team, project or other diverse effort.

Required Qualifications:
• Experienced :
• you have 2+ years of experience applying software quality assurance with success leading efforts on a team.
• you have experience in the whole software development life cycle from Kickoff to production with at least 1 or more products.
• Clear communicator: You can effectively communicate in English : presentations, email, conference calls, etc.
• Team player: you're open to performing any task, whether big or small; you're willing to teach and learn, lead, and follow.
• Effective collaborator : You possess excellent stakeholder management skills and an engagement track record with appreciable results. You have strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while working with various teams.

Desired Qualifications:
• International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB).
• QA experience across several platforms; mobile, console, and PC.
• QA experience in dealing with quality activities for multi-products at the same time.
• Automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g. Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, Cypress, Python)
