Production Coordinator - Fight for the Golden Spatula (Shenzhen Base Contractor)

As Production Coordinator on the China team, you will join the effort of shipping incredible experiences for players in China. You have the ability to stay on top of things amid a myriad of details and competing priorities. By encouraging teams to collaborate we'll drive development, smashing through obstacles and driving projects across the finish-line and into players' hands. We'll meet and exceed expectations by helping concept, deliver, improve, and influence creative projects at every stage of production.

Responsibilities:
• Support Riot and K6 on the daily operations and production of Fight for the Golden Spatula, and work with our partners on further developing game content
• Assist the production team and product managers with being involved in game production projects, improve feature landing efficiency and collaborating with partners to optimize players' experiences
• Attend calls and meetings, note down minutes and summaries to accurately reflect meeting details
• Smoothen asset and content delivery process between Riot and our Chinese partners, as well as manage essential communication both internal and external with fluent Chinese and English
• Drive periodic summary and review of different game features, from planning, designing, iterations to final launch

Required Qualifications:
• Passion for video games is what drove you to the industry; you love games and take play seriously
• Deep understanding of Chinese culture and the China game market
• Ability to work independently and identify priorities
• Base in Shenzhen

Desired Qualifications:
• Familiarity with League of Legends and TFT
• Manage project/task prioritization while wearing multiple hats
• Experience using project management tools to track and achieve project milestones (Favro, Trello, JIRA)
• Willingness to frequent travels every month within China
