Creative Service Manager, India & South Asia (Contract)

As a Creative Services Manager you will be responsible for planning and implementing a player-focused creative strategy for Riot's products in the region. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of creative content and local campaigns, working across internal teams and third-party creative production & agencies. In this role, you will act as the bridge between product, publishing teams and our partner creative agencies.
A key responsibility in this role is to ensure that we're using the right external partners for our projects, and check that partners stay on track to create and provide player-focused content on time. You will build meaningful and trusting external relationships through clear two-way communication and planning. Your approach will ensure sustainable production of content without compromising quality.
This role will report to the Marketing Lead - India & South Asia, and will be based in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
• Successfully plan and execute brand and marketing creative initiatives of Riot's products
• Manage creative partner relationships across India, communicate Riot's vision and feedback to those partners and serve as the voice for your company partners internally.
• Ensuring that our assets stay true to our player-focused philosophy and meet Riot's quality bar, on time and within budget.
• Provide creative direction through deep understanding of the strategic objectives
• Direct effective project executions with professional creative agencies and productions.
• Lead digital video content productions that not only accurately reflect each product's content marketing strategy but elevate it to a new level.
• Cultivate and promote the Riot culture and values
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum five years of experience in creative production, creative direction, art direction, project management, client management, content operations or similar roles.
• Experience in the gaming industry, or is a gamer or a gaming enthusiast
• Experience delivering quality content from a variety of creative disciplines
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to talk to technical staff, artists and business leaders.
• Experience with asset management and sharing, maintaining control on embargos and brand tools for execution.
• Experience collaborating with vendors and maintaining relationships with multiple vendors and team members.
• Experience working across India and South Asia
