Job Description
Join the Respawn Brand Team as the Product Marketing Leader for Apex Mobile.

The Respawn Global Brand Management (GBM) team is looking for a marketing powerhouse to serve as the Head of Product Marketing (Apex Mobile), reporting to the VP of Global Brand Management. This is a demonstrated leader who not only understands user acquisition but also how to marry latest cultural trends with data & tech to build breakthrough go-to market campaigns that extend beyond UA.

Responsibilities
• Lead an international team of matrixed mobile marketers and publishing partners
• Lead global go-to market campaigns, including customer strategy, operating plan, budgets, creative and in-market execution
• Lead overall strategic creative brief development for Apex Mobile
• Build business cases for new marketing programs with specific return on investment goals
• Oversee delivery of final creative for paid media campaigns in addition to the creative implementation through our owned and earned channels
• Manage a diverse product marketing team while also growing the team as the game scales
• Partner with development team on product and live ops seasonal roadmaps
• Embody the voice of our player's needs, motivations, and insights to assist brand growth, product development and inform marketing strategies
• Partner with Studio Leadership and Finance on quarterly and annual forecasting
• Partner with other Apex marketing leaders across PC/Console on broader franchise plans

Qualifications
• You have 10+ years of product marketing experience, with 5+ years in mobile gaming
• Helped scale a mobile title to a top grossing position
• Experience in live service businesses with a specific focus on marketing's contribution to revenue and profits
• You have experience building mobile marketing teams that have scaled
• Experience in mobile user acquisition and performance marketing, where you were part of a team helping scale a title through disciplined growth marketing strategies
• Experience combining cultural insights with traditional mobile metrics to develop creative marketing campaigns that are not reliant solely on user acquisition (e.g. - testing new digital growth platforms, partnerships, etc.)
• Experience galvanizing teams across a matrixed organization of diverse teams, leading through inspiration and influence
