Some of our work includes: EA PLAY, our multi-platform subscription for PC, PS4, Xbox One and Steam; the EA desktop app, EA's direct-to-consumer PC games platform; and a host of other consumer experiences and strategies, all with the goal of engaging players across platforms and within our games.

As a Product Manager for Data Solutions, reporting into the In-Game Media Team, you will shape the future of in-game digital advertising by applying your expertise in data analytics and product management. This role is best described as a hybrid between a senior data analyst and product manager. In addition to delivering performance reports, you will reimagine our data flows and reporting processes, starting by identifying advertisers' needs and implementing solutions across multiple game studios and tech teams. Your role is critical in defining the strategy and roadmap for the adtech program and ensuring its success.

Responsibilities:
• Use SQL to perform data analysis using in-game telemetry and data visualization software (Looker or Tableau) to deliver reports to the sales team.
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and appropriate targets to measure campaign performance, based on advertisers' needs and expectations.
• Ensure ongoing alignment between stakeholders across the Ad Sales, Core Development, Tech and Data Platforms, and MarTech teams.
• Work with the development team to ensure that the proper game telemetry data is set up so that ad metrics can be reported on and analyzed.
• Create dashboards and reports to deliver insights to account managers on a regular cadence.
• Inform tech platform team on data needs for improved measurement, targeting and testing capabilities and guide product roadmap.
• Evaluate 1P and 3P solutions for down-funnel attribution measurement.
• Develop A/B testing methodology.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a data or product management role in tech or gaming industries, with a focus on ad economics, performance marketing, or customer data analysis.
• Experience in performance or growth marketing, adtech, game advertising, or similar field.
• Knowledge of industry trends and willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in gaming and ad tech.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with advertising platforms and technologies (e.g., DSPs, SSPs, DMPs).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliver results within specified timelines.
• Experience communicating, product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
