• Work with engineers, creatives, and management to maintain project schedules, estimate level of effort, and to supervise, influence, and direct progress.
• Report project progress, status, and risks to project partners.
• Use and improve upon formal project management techniques including Agile methodologies.
• Problem solving within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, with the ability to bring order to ambiguous situations.

Requirements

• Exhibits strong project management skills, tracking and reporting on projects with defined timelines and expected results, including proven record of resolving delays and sophisticated project dependency issues (time, resources, budgets).
• Superb communication and organizational skills with the willingness and ability to work with multiple teams located in different timezones.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently under pressure, prioritize, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated, self-starter who can balance problems efficiently and keen to respond with the appropriate level of urgency to situations.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
• Strong presentation skills, expectation management and facilitation skills across all levels of internal and external partners.
• Familiarity with telecommunications and ISP service delivery.
• Familiarity with digital media software and networking technologies, especially those related to Sony's products, services, and devices.
