Talent Sourcer (contract)

As a Talent Sourcer, you will effectively collaborate with the Recruiting team to engage and nurture top-tier talent to support our hiring efforts within the PlayStation Studios Creative Arts team. While tasked with art roles, your open positions will also include other disciplines within game development. (Sound, Music, Motion Capture, Tech, etc). We value talent, self-motivation, and team spirit. In turn, we provide an environment with a large degree of autonomy and collaboration.
This is a contract role, expected to last 6 months with a high possibility of extension. San Diego or San Mateo preferred, however open to remote
Responsibilities
• Identify and engage game development talent for hard-to-fill roles
• Communicate and collaborate with the internal Recruiting team
• Attend and participate in hiring manager intake meetings
• Attend discipline sync meetings
• Craft strategic sourcing plans and support long-term engagement initiatives
• Utilize creative techniques to attract passive talent (boolean searches, linkedin, email campaigns, social media blasts, etc)
• Communicate status updates to both candidates and hiring team
• Champion a positive candidate experience
Requirements
• 2+ Years of Recruiting/Sourcing Experience
• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with an ATS (Greenhouse a plus)
• Ability to come up with multiple, creative sourcing strategies
• Self-motivated
• Tech Savvy, MS Office Suite
Bonus
• Games, vfx, animation or entertainment industry experience a plus
• PlayStation fan
• Sense of humor
