PC Commercial Planning Manager

Role overview:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, PC Commercial Planning / Global Accounts and working in partnership across the PC, Global Marketing, Release Management and Global Sales and Business Operations
organizations, the Manager, PC Commercial Planning will execute new product launches and promotions and manage global accounts to drive revenue growth for SIE's growing PC business. The Commercial Planning and Global Account Management team is responsible for further developing the PC GTM process with all company stakeholders and managing all sales functions for PC global accounts. This team will also provide top tier collaboration and leadership to the Channel Digital Sales team for all PC related executions including channel investment, PC insights, new partnerships and support for local initiatives. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and dynamic sales leader with the ability to think strategically, build long term relationships, collaborate with multiple stakeholders and deliver strong analysis / insights to achieve sales goals.
What you'll be doing:
• Product Launch and Promotions GTM – Provide coordination across many teams and top tier execution for each phase of product launch including announce, pre-purchase, launch and promotions. This requires the ability to collaborate and build relationships with multiple teams (Release Management, Operations, EG Marketing, Channel Experience, Finance, and CDS) to be successful.
• PC Platform Analysis and Insights Support - Analyze platform (Steam, EGS, Genba) traffic patterns, country / region sales trends and 3rd party publisher activity to make recommendations to optimize sales presentations with Sr. Manager Commercial Planning. Must be able to articulate key findings and recommendations.
• New Partner Onboarding and Account Management – Work closely with Sr. Manager Commercial Planning to evaluate new partner opportunities and on board new partners with legal, finance, etc. Manage day to day account relationship with TBD accounts to drive incremental sales.
• Promotions – Develop and execute product promotion plans across Global Sales and Business Operations, PC platforms, Release Management, Global Marketing and Finance
• CDS Alignment and Channel Investment – Attend bi-weekly regional PC meetings to assist with channel investment planning and execution with CDS Sales Development leads.
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience,
• 3+ years experience in an account management role preferably in the gaming, technology or entertainment industries. Proven track record of productive account relationships.
• Track record of using data to influence and inform decisions.
• Entrepreneurial, with high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, and efficient with limited resources. Prioritization and time management are a must.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability and desire to create strong relationships and collaborate at all levels of the organization
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills including pivot tables, charts and graphs.
• PC Platform (Steam, Epic Game Store) and / or marketing experience is a plus

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$128,800 - $193,200 USD
