The Strategy & Planning team leads all aspects of business management, planning, strategy development, operations, team engagement, and communications for the department across the globe. ​Reporting into the Director, Strategy & Planning, this role will be vital to the execution of marketing programs in support of this team. The ideal candidate should be a globally minded marketing leader who possesses excellent organizational skills, is an effective communicator that thrives in collaborative and cross-functional environments.

What you'll be doing:
• Supporting leaders in Global Partner Marketing (GPM) with the planning and execution of their media spending
• Owning contract creation, purchase order creation, & invoice tracking
• Leading month end review meetings with Partner Marketing in America and updating their budget tracker with monthly actuals
• Participating and supporting the Portfolio team in their month end review meetings
• Partnering with Americas finance to deliver the required information for accurate month end results
• Facilitating the quarterly forecast and annual budget process and review meetings with the budget owners
• Other ad hoc projects as needed

What we are looking for:
• Organized and able to get things done on your own initiative
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage deliverables on tight deadlines
• Highly motivated and quick to learn
• 2+ years of FP&A experience
• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting
• Basic understanding of managerial accounting principles (ie: accruals, reclasses, pre-paid, expense recognition)
• Intermediate/Proficient Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ years working in FP&A in a tech or entertainment company
• Prior experience supporting business units with month end close
• Prior experience with supporting marketing or media budgets
• Passion for gaming and/or gaming industry

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$82,600 - $124,000 USD
