We are seeking a driven, detail oriented, experienced professional who wants to be part of a high-performing team! The position will require high levels of collaboration and communication.

The Executive Assistant will report to the Senior Vice President of Digital, Technology and Information Services, providing extensive executive administrative support. The position will support the Executive and his leadership team with key projects.

Responsibilities
• Manage complex calendars across global time zones and prepare detailed agenda for high-level meetings
• Arrange all domestic and international travel accommodations, including potential itinerary or schedule changes on short notice; build in time for things like thinking and traveling to their next meeting, taking into account time zones weather delays, traffic, fatigue
• Calmly manage time-sensitive changes in logistics, containing any tensions that arise and coordinating the impacted dependencies
• Use people and soft skills to generate a positive and welcoming atmosphere for the team as well as partners seeking to engage with the Executive
• Conduct a timely flow of information, obtain signatures and authorizations, and handle correspondence flow
• Guide the Executive & team to effectively manage their own schedules in the office daily, so they arrive to essential meetings on-time
• Compile and process expense reports in a timely manner, as well as create, track, and update organization/team related projects and documents on a monthly basis
• Professionally represent the Executive and leadership team through contact meetings, telephone conversations, and/or instant messaging ; act as an administrative liaison
• Provide logistical support for leadership meetings, events, and conferences, working in collaboration with Facilities, IT, and external parties as needed on and off-sites
• Coordinate the Executive's staff meetings, request agenda items, take notes, and follow with action items as needed
• Function as a communications hub for department, staying current on team travel and holiday schedules with ability to locate and contact team members as needed
• Collaborate effectively with other global administrative counterparts and build strong working relationships with a wide range of company partners
• Continually improve processes and procedures to reduce work time and cost without compromising work quality
• Maintain confidence of the Executive and the leadership team when handling extremely confidential, sensitive information
• Work closely with the Executive's HR Business Partner and Business Operations head to understand the priorities and needs of the business
• Develop a deep understanding of the Executive's vision, business, business needs and leadership team, and also the workings of Sony Interactive Entertainment and related Sony Group areas to become a true partner with the Executive
• Plan offsite and team events

Qualifications:
• 8+ years of proven experience supporting a Senior Level Executive
• Process-oriented, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently on difficult project with minimal direction
• Demonstrated experience handling extremely confidential information and fostering a culture that respects privacy and confidentiality
• Ability to build trusting relationships through strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly, outgoing, and flexible manner
• ''EQ'' skills to build bridges, forge alliances and encourage people to want to work with you
• Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with management, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company
• Works collaboratively and effectively with senior executives, other assistants, and internal and external partners; capable of bringing people together!
• Ability to efficiently run complex schedules across multiple time zones and to coordinate smoothly in various cultural settings
• Technology Savvy: comfortable using technology to set-up real-time collaboration, team meetings, team events for the Executive and leadership team
• A highly professional demeanor, positive outlook, and can-do attitude
• Ability to communicate transparently in a fast paced environment and ability to ask for help or clarity when needed
