We are looking for a Director, HRBP to work with executives, managers and employees of PlayStation Studios to build and sustain an innovative, diverse, creative and highly engaged workforce.

This role requires proven success delivering HR strategies and programs that enable and continuously improve business performance. Successful candidates demonstrate the following:

Ownership:
Organization Planning/Efficiency:
• Serve as dedicated Director, HR Business Partner to executives and managers for our global PlayStation Studio group.
• Act as a thought partner to business leaders to unlock business value
• Build plans to align/deliver resources in support of business goals and needs
• Focus organizational structure to execute against our purposes and principles: Better Together, Fiercely Daring, Proudly Different, Always Striving
• Deliver Org Design that connects capabilities with business strategy
• Instill DE&I as an ever-present focus, challenging the status quo and ensuring the topic's importance is at the forefront to strategy planning and decisions.
• Develop and support diversity initiatives that improve market penetration, enhance leadership makeup, and champion a culture that values diversity

Talent Management:
• Succession Planning – identify and develop next generation of leaders
• Gap Analysis – identify current and projected training and hiring requirements
• Retention – apply insights to predict, counteract, and manage attrition
• Recruiting – partnering with recruiting to deliver the right talent at right time and using diverse slates and data insights

Employee Engagement & Org Health:
• Quarterly Business Reviews – surface successes, misses, obstacles, priority shifts, and what/how can be improved moving forward
• Employee Survey – assess employee attitudes; track trends in employee behaviors; drive action on improvement of
• Business Insights & Analytics – predictively identify issues and opportunities in a data-driven, evidence-based approach

Required knowledge and experience:
• 8+ years previous experience and proven results within HR in a fast paced, high tech, entertainment or creative environment
• 2+ years HR experience in a gaming environment
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with leaders at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrable ability to provide authentic feedback to leaders and managers
• Strong Project Management skills
• Ability to create and develop business relationships with leaders and employees; a people person who enjoys collaborating with others
• Solid organizational skills, including the ability to accomplish demanding timeline objectives, multi-task on assignments
• Passionate and sense of urgency for execution; natural curiosity and willingness to take risks; ability to use creativity to problem solve; ability to look at human resources in new and different ways; desire to make a difference.
• Strong facilitation/presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
