What you'll be doing:

Reporting to the SVP of GSBO Finance and Operations, you will be responsible for the building of two key teams within the GSBO FP&A Hub: Reporting and Analysis (R&A) and Insights & Analytics (I&A). This role is the key finance lead for delivering globally aligned, improvement reporting, analysis & insights to the GSBO Leadership Team and key Senior partners, to support both financial and commercial decision making. You will lead key cross-functional relationships across various verticals, including GSBO Finance, BI and Analytics, Sales Planning & Operations, and extends beyond to the wider PlayStation community (e.g. PlayStation Studios, Global Marketing, Corporate / SIE head office), to foster effective co-collaborative working relationships to deepen our understanding and delivery of critical financial reporting and insights. You will:
• Be responsible for producing and landing Global and Regional Hub management reporting suites (e.g. monthly Executive reporting packs, Regional Hub internal reporting, important metric updates, performance reporting) to key partners, providing improvement commentary and analysis
• Continuous development of new financial materials and analysis to support Finance and Operations LT decision making, and insights focussed on GSBO's key strategic growth areas
• Using global planning & reporting tools, lead the scoping, establishment and development of new Territory Hub reporting to support Hub leads, including month end reporting and global standardised outputs in co-collaboration with FP&A and Channel Sales finance business partners
• Develop the Reporting and Analysis (R&A) Centre of Excellence (COE), including governance and alignment of global definitions, and consistent application and implementation of reporting methodology across the finance community
• Establish the global financial program, collaborating alongside Planning & Forecasting counterparts (FP&A) – including interrogation of detailed Budget/Plan submissions, identification of risks & opportunities through use of new analytics, modelling and deep dive analysis, and delivery of new global presentation materials for Senior LT review (including GSBO-LT, Corporate Planning / SIE
• Strengthen and implement improved working practices and upskill the FP&A teams to embed co-collaboration financial outputs across the wider FP&A Hub
• Review and establish new GSBO financial KPI metrics and dashboards to drive active performance tracking and trend analysis alongside Budget/Planning cycles and aid financial and commercial decision making
• Collaborate alongside other BI and CLV insights teams to leverage Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) models to aid insights, analysis and decision making (e.g. support to Budget / planning cycles to identify risks / opportunities)
• Drive automation and leverage global planning and reporting tools to establish effective and efficient delivery of standardised reporting, working closely with the Global Systems Governance team on new report creation, maintenance and analysis

• Comfortable and thrives working with ambiguity
• Effective communication and people skills to convey financial messages at executive leadership level, and the ability to maintain and develop effective working relationships
• You can prioritise and multi-task, being able to successfully manage multiple tasks, projects, partners across various geographies and functional specialisms
