If you are currently enrolled as a full-time student, we are excited to offer a new position as a Production Assistant in a Working Student (Werkstudent up to 20 hours per week) capacity for our Studio located in Stuttgart.

Your Responsibilities:
• Support show production team, especially Coordinators in meeting organization
• Set up hardware and materials for client meetings
• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing material, from ingestion to delivery
• Updating show team about received material and making sure the material gets handed over to respective departments
• Support Coordinator in dailies preparations and organization of any related meeting room bookings
• Maintain email aliases and support of onboarding of artists to shows.

Your Profile:
• Existing permission to live and study in Germany
• Currently enrolled as a student
• Study in the field of VFX or film related studies is a plus
• Previous work experience in VFX production is a plus
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be a detail oriented, proactive and well-organized individual
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Confident and polite communicator
• Strong interpersonal skills a must and an overall team player
