Job Description
We are hiring an Unreal Engine Operator, to operate the content on LED screens, ensuring immersive environments integrate seamlessly on our Virtual Production stages.

Responsibilities
• Setting up and configuring Unreal Engine to meet the requirements of the virtual production projects.
• Managing and optimizing the performance of Unreal to ensure smooth playback and high-quality visuals for the LED walls.
• Collaborating with the VP Supervisor, other operators, technicians and crew to achieve the desired look and feel of the virtual elements on the stage.
• Operating the controls and interfaces of Unreal during productions, to manipulate virtual elements in real-time.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions to ensure uninterrupted operation of Unreal.
• Staying up to date with the latest developments and best practices in real-time rendering technology to enhance the quality and efficiency of virtual production workflows.

Requirements:
• Mastery of Unreal Engine along with blueprint scripting languages.
• Familiarity with Virtual Production tools, such as cameras, motion capture systems and real-time compositing software.
• Understanding of rendering techniques, lighting, shading and texturing.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues swiftly and implement effective solutions.
• Effective communication and team work with Virtual Production Supervisors, engineers and technicians.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring seamless integration of virtual elements within production.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and techniques in the rapidly evolving world of virtual production.
• Open to Domestic and International travel on a project-by-project basis
