Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized coordinator with excellent attention to detail, to coordinate purchases and manage existing inventories of AV products, ensuring our teams are stocked with materials and products required for their virtual production projects. They will work at onboarding and nurturing Vendor relationships as well as manage shipping requirements between vendors and project sites.

Responsibilities
• Identify procurement needs by collaborating with the wider project team to understand project requirements.
• Research suppliers, gather quotes and negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
• Manage existing inventory, by maintaining accurate tracking spreadsheets and monitor existing kit levels against shifting project requirements.
• Generate purchase orders and ensure the timely placement of orders to meet demands.
• Scheduling and tracking deliveries to ensure on-time shipments, and problem solving any delays or damages, liaising with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
• Inspect incoming goods, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues. If there is any damaged or defective equipment, arrange supplier returns and replacements.
• Communicate effectively with Project Manager to ensure they are aware of inventory status, key updates or delays in supply chain.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage inventories.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and regulations is desirable.
