Role Overview
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our global PR & Marketing team. You'll support the development of high-impact visual assets across digital, social, print, and internal communications-ensuring the PXO brand remains elevated, consistent, and globally recognised.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, creative studio environment, working across departments and geographies to support the design needs of both internal and external campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver high-quality digital and print assets including social media graphics, pitch decks, brochures, one-pagers, infographics, and event collateral
• Create visual content for marketing campaigns, PR activations, internal presentations, and global brand materials
• Support the PR & Marketing Manager and marketing team on visual storytelling and brand execution
• Assist in maintaining and evolving PXO's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all materials
• Collaborate with Heads of Business Development, senior creatives, and vendors on visual materials for client pitches and outreach
• Design and creation of PXO sub-brand / divisional logos and assets, ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall brand identity.
• Development of branded merchandise that reflects PXO's values and visual identity.
• Contribute to website and social media visuals, video stills, and motion graphics
• Stay informed on industry design trends and emerging tools relevant to entertainment marketing
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in a design or creative role (internships included)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects a bonus)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and colour theory
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a global team
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Experience or interest in the film, TV, VFX or entertainment industry is a plus
• Motion design or basic video editing skills a bonus
