Job Summary
The Coordinator, Ballpark Presentation plays a key role in bringing the ballpark experience to life. This position supports the planning and execution of all game day and select non-game day special events, with a strong emphasis on staffing and entertainment. The Coordinator will lead the In-Game Entertainment team (Bucco Brigade, Ball Team, Pierogies), guiding their efforts both in-stadium and at community events. Additionally, they will be responsible for coordinating scoreboard features and mascot appearances, ensuring every event delivers energy, excitement, and memorable fan engagement.
Responsibilities:
Primary:
• Develop and lead a dynamic In-Game Entertainment team intended to support game day presentation, community initiatives and in-market fan engagement events.
• Coordinate scheduling for all In-Game Entertainment needs.
• Support departmental efforts including non-game day events such a college baseball, partner events at the ballpark, and community events.
• Manage Bucco Brigade inventory and staff for all fan engagement events outside of PNC Park.
• Assist with planning and executing pregame, in-game and postgame activities both on and off the field, including in-game entertainment features that require live activation with In-Game Entertainment Team members.
• Maintain department calendars of all events/important dates and help streamlines internal processes and communication.
• Effectively communicate event specifics and planning functions internally to all marketing staff as well as other departments and in all company meetings.
Secondary:
• Collaborate with Content and Creative team on development of design and unique activations.
• All other duties assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of manager/supervisor experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Desired:
• Experience with a professional sports team.
• Experience in a control room environment.
