This role will sit within Peacock's Partnerships organization and primarily focus on analyzing the performance of Enterprise & Marketing Partnerships. This role will be a critical member of the team and will lead impactful analysis, insight and recommendations which enable Peacock to grow paid subscribers (and brand affinity) most effectively through Enterprise & Marketing partnerships. The role will report to the Director of Partnership Insights for Peacock.

Day-to-day:
• Own all things related to Enterprise & Marketing Partnership data tracking, measurement, reporting and performance storytelling
• Track & analyze across key KPIS (e.g., offer redemptions, conversion rate, content consumption, churn, lifetime value) across different Enterprise & Marketing Partnerships and deliver regular insights to stakeholders
• Identify key partnership challenges within the data and develop insights and recommendations to address them
• Effectively communicate and socialize actionable results and findings throughout the organization in a simple and intuitive narrative format
• Craft compelling and concise presentations to ''tell the story'' of Enterprise & Marketing Partnerships
• Contribute analysis towards key meetings & department deliverables, including team's monthly insights presentation
• Frequent collaboration with partnership team leads to remain on top of deal pipeline, deal terms and data considerations
• Partner with Director to support analysis for device & brand partners as capacity allows
• Partner with Research & Data teams across the organization to utilize and leverage relevant internal and external tools in day-to-day work

Additionally:
• Help drive forecasting efforts for new Enterprise & Brand deals to help articulate quarterly subscriber goals to leadership
• Manage trackage, performance actualization and communication against results for team OKRs in collaboration with additional collaboration with Decision Sciences, Finance, Marketing
• Research and report on audience segmentation, vertical analysis, competitive analysis, and brand affinity to further shape partnership strategy
• Provide intel on the competitive landscape of Enterprise & Brand Partnerships offer performance in our industry
• Partner with consumer insights to measure success of Enterprise & Brand Partnerships (NPS score, qual surveys, etc.)

Qualifications
• 6+ years of relevant experience in research, insights, analytics, marketing, partnership, or strategy
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and pivot based on evolving priorities
• Experience working across several complex projects simultaneously; strong project management skills
• Proven ability to parse data into compelling presentations which drive actionable insights
• Curious, collaborative, and passionate problem solver with a powerful desire to understand the 'why' behind the 'what'
• Exceptional Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Experience with forecasting & modeling
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong public speaking skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Desired Characteristics
• Understanding of streaming (or direct to consumer) metrics and concepts, including how they impact overall business goals
• Experience with data visualization tools like Domo, Looker, or Tableau
• Experience with SQL, R, Python, or similar languages
• Experience with financial reporting
• Ability to work with a diverse team and embrace healthy debate
