Job Description
Senior Campaign Managers work with the Campaign Management team to mentor and in partnership with our Project Managers and Account Managers to ensure their high-profile campaigns launch successfully and are optimized to exceed client goals.

The job requires daily use of Google Ads Manager, uploading client 3rd Party tags and creative, testing, troubleshooting, and QA of custom rich media units, pulling and analyzing reporting, and campaign optimization.

What You'll Do

The Senior Campaign Manager should have demonstrated success managing high-profile campaigns with ease. As a Senior member of the team, they'll also take the lead on new projects or processes defined by the team Director. These projects are aimed help the rest of the team work smarter with the ultimate goal of client success and revenue retention.
• Responsible for implementing and optimizing all digital media campaigns. Act as pre-sales feasibility consultant for Sales and Account Management, ensuring client asks are executable.
• Manage Ad Operations functions (collect campaign assets, traffic and thoroughly QA third party tags, and align with reporting and performance expectations).
• Optimize campaigns once live (monitor campaign pacing to meet client KPIs, provide recommendations and work with AM & PM to implement).
• Proactively flag issues with implementation or reporting to ensure full delivery of campaigns. Communicate daily with Sales and Client Success teams, acting as their ad-ops and optimization expert.
• Provide internal and external reporting to counterparts in Account Management and Program Management. This reporting leads to comprehensive wrap reports highlighting top performing elements, insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Ensure that any internal systems are properly mapped to clients 3P reporting and that those mappings are correctly and consistently maintained. Work with Rev Ops & Finance on accurate billing and 3rd Party reporting if necessary.
• Maintain library of training documentation and best practices for both the Campaign Managers and partner teams.
• Be a leader within the department, acting as a point of escalation for the group. Work with department management to train and mentor other team members over time.
• Contribute towards 2-3 enablement projects that help the Campaign Management team automate, outsource or optimize their processes. These goals help us stay focus on providing the best service our clients.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry standards in ad tech, including ad verification, viewability, and programmatic ad serving.

Qualifications:

Who You Are:
• 3+ years in campaign management, optimization, and/or digital ad ops and trafficking experience with proficiency in Google Ads Manager (GAM)
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager (DFP) is a must.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.
• Quick learner and able to rapidly acquire and apply technical knowledge.
• Experience with ad servers and technologies (LiveIntent, AdPoint, VAST/VPAID) a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS preferred;
• Flexible, personable attitude; ability to develop excellent professional relationships with all levels of personnel.

This role requires the position to be in New York, NY, with an in-office presence of 3 days a week.

The base salary for this role is between $74,000 and $89,000 annually. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
