Coordinator, Media Planning, Peacock

The Media Coordinator will provide key support to the senior leaders of the media team. This position will have designated responsibilities as well as manage key administrative responsibilities including scheduling and vendor payment processing.
• Build and maintain collaborative, productive working relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Attend media planning calls with agencies, take detailed notes and communicate follow up questions and next steps
• Media planning support including aiding in development of media briefs, budget summaries and strategy decks
• Participate in the development of media creative briefs; submit all creative requests for media campaigns ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
• Assist in fulfilling media plan strategy and achieving cross channel plan goals ensuring buys stay on schedule and on budget
• Aid in day-to-day budget maintenance including but not limited to invoice submission, tracking, and reporting
• Stay apprised of industry standards, new media programs/opportunities and advise on new ways to reach targets
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media Planning or relevant experience in similar field
• Minimum of 1-year experience in media planning for a brand or with an agency
• Experience using MS Office (chiefly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.)
• Knowledge of digital advertising and reporting, and various targeting methodologies
