Role Details
Peacock is seeking an innovative marketer to join the team and support Brand Marketing for Sports properties on Peacock. This marketer will support the team in the development and execution of best-in-class marketing campaigns that drive awareness, user growth and overall engagement for the business. The Specialist, Brand Marketing Sports, reports to the Sr. Director, Brand Marketing Sports.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Support the development and execution of Peacock marketing campaigns for live Sports programming, Sports documentaries and cross-content initiatives that include Sports
• Act as liaison to multiple departments and cross-functional partners across Peacock and NBCUniversal including Programming/Development, Strategy, Creative Services, Social, Publicity, Media, Product, Marketing Operations, Sales, etc.
• Assist the Brand Marketing Sports team with Marketing Briefs, Marketing Plans and After-Action Reports
• Request and secure promotional inventory across NBC Sports Group channels – linear, newsletter, editorial, web and social - to amplify Sports programming on Peacock. Track effectiveness of efforts and propose adjustments.
• Help manage the long lens Sports Campaign Calendar for Brand Marketing Sports team
• Schedule meetings, disseminate information, take notes as needed, and other ad hoc requests to support the Brand Marketing Sports team
• Seek and propose marketing concepts that leverage insights from platform engagement as well as changes in technology and overall consumer behavior/attitudes
• Actively participate in department and team brainstorms
• Help build and update presentations and documents shared with internal and external partners

Qualifications/Requirements
• 3+ years relevant work experience, in Sports Media, Direct-to-Consumer, Entertainment and/or Digital Media
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Sports Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience driving paid revenue from a subscription product preferred, with a focus on digital subscriptions.
• High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially PowerPoint)
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with partners or clients
• Detail-oriented and able to work flexibly across departments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
• Willingness to work overtime, work weekday nights, and on weekends with short notice
