Job Description
Based in Singapore, you will work with agents and direct markets in Southeast Asia & India to drive consumer products licensing business for Paramount IPs like Paw Patrol, SpongeBob, Dora, etc & exciting young adults IPs like Garfield, Emily in Paris & The Mission Impossible movies, etc. This position plays a key role in ensuring business development, operational excellence, partner coordination, and internal workflow support. The role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment and can manage multiple stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
Responsibilities
• Contribute to growth planning, territory development, and category strategies.
• Coordinate and track day-to-day licensing activity across SEA & India.
• Support business development by ensuring white space analysis, partner servicing efforts through contract follow-ups, data requests, and materials distribution.
• Serve as an operational link between internal teams (e.g., legal, creative, franchise, finance) and external stakeholders (licensees, agents, vendors).
• Ensure accuracy and timely receipt of sales reports, forecasts, and retail performance updates from agents & direct licensees.
• Maintain deal and contract databases; ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping.
• Manage quotations, orders, raising purchase orders, payment, account opening, as well as shipping, couriers, and dispatching documents and boxed items, and coordinating with Finance on payments.
• Help organize market overviews, presentation decks, and licensing pitch toolkits for partner use.
• Contribute to internal planning meetings, regional updates, and brand activation tracking.
• Support retail and promotional programs, even when managed remotely.
Qualifications
• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or equivalent with 5 years of experience in sales operations and client services
• Prior exposure to consumer products licensing, media, retail, or service industries preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and some knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to change gears quickly and nimbly in a fast-paced global environment
• Highly organized, meticulous, and a collaborative self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, set priorities, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
• Possesses a positive attitude, is solutions-focused, and has an upbeat approach to work
• Detail-oriented and accountable; experience managing confidential or commercially sensitive information
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to manage internal stakeholders and external partners with professionalism and clarity
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setup
