Job Description
Overview and Responsibilities

This is an exciting position that will be is responsible for providing support to the HRBP team in handling the day to day administrative tasks across multiple areas including HRIS, recruitment, contract management and various HR projects! Successful candidate will ensure the operational processes are completed in a timely fashion and with accuracy!

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Recruiting/on-boarding:
• Liaises with Talent Acquisition department and hiring managers for purposes of onboarding new employees
• Onboards new employees (computer set up, facilities & telecom liaison, ID Badge office) through the PAC system
• Updates new hire roster and facilitates new hire orientation (weekly)
• Sends email to new hires introducing HR and follows up with non-exempt employees after 30 days
• Participates in the interview process for new Page class and candidates for full-time roles
• Completes requisition forms with required information
• Compiles information for executive onboarding binders
• Attends weekly recruitment meetings with Talent Acquisition and business partners
• Assists in recruitment of certain non-exempt level staff

Position/people management:
• Processes all Personnel Action Forms including promotions, equity adjustments, transfers, reports-to changes, etc
• Processes promotion letters and corresponding confirmation letters for employment change
• Prepares compensation requests and gathers all relevant information (resume, job descriptions, org charts)
• Tracks, processes, and maintains all actions for Contractual Employees and maintains Onset contract management system.
• Requests new job codes as needed (for promotions, new positions, title changes)
• Requests new positions or eliminates positions as needed
• Assists the HRG team with re-org projects and all subsequent processing
• Maintains organizational charts and job descriptions
• Process actions for union and term deal employees
• Assists in gathering materials for compensation requests

Termination/off-boarding responsibilities:
• Processes terminations
• Compiles exit packets, benefits & equipment information, relevant documents, and requests final checks from Payroll
• Liaises with employee to schedule exit interview, submit final timesheet, return equipment, etc
• Works with supervisor for purposes of off-boarding (out-of-office emails, outstanding items)
• Off-boards exiting employee
• Helps conduct exit interviews as needed
Other responsibilities:
• Coordinates monthly Service Awards for HRGs, distributes as needed
• Runs reports as needed
• Serves as a colleague for several on-going HR projects and assists with planning HR team meetings
• Manages temporary employee workforce (temps and independent consultants) which includes tracking, processing, and obtaining approvals. Works closely with preferred temporary workforce vendor to ensure orders are approved and budgeted.
• Builds complex Excel spreadsheets for projects as assigned by the team
• Works on special assignments and projects as needed

Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR support role

Additional Qualifications
• 4-year degree or requisite work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
• HR systems experience (PeopleSoft and/or SuccessFactor), and Sales Force Onset experience a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Must be detailed oriented and have extremely good organizational skills
• Proactive
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment under time constraints while multi-tasking and prioritizing as necessary
• Results oriented
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment
• Ability to deal with confidential material and sensitive issues with tact
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels
