Job Summary

Reporting to Vice President, International Marketing Partnerships, this position is responsible for assisting in securing and implementing partnerships in support of theatrical releases of Paramount films and for managing all promotional partnerships initiatives in local territories worldwide.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Support in researching, finding opportunities, pitching, and securing third-party brand partnerships that are strategic and elevated while delivering above-the-line and below-the-line media support
• Work cross-divisionally with various marketing teams where relevant (e.g., publicity, digital, etc.) to amplify promotional programs
• Reviewing and vetting all partnerships from international markets
• Supporting all local efforts including day-to-day communication with markets and dissemination of pitching tools and guidelines
• Preparing materials for presentations, including best examples, filmmaker decks, marketing guidelines etc. (PowerPoint/keynote).
• Overseeing the creation and maintenance of team status reports, case studies and additional promotional reports and documents
• Additional project management as may be required on case-by-case assignment basis such as roadshows prep etc.
• Flexibly stepping in on additional team responsibilities as needed

Qualifications/Skills

Basic qualifications:
• Expert in Microsoft suite including Word, Excel and Power Point.
• High proficiency in Keynote.
• 3-4 years' experience in a marketing promotions department, advertising, or promotion agency with account management and/or sales background a plus.

• Significant bandwidth in working on multiple projects at various stages, setting priorities, and meeting production and partnership deadlines

• Creative thinking and ability to engage partners with new ideas and approaches
• Collaborative team player
• Fluency in foreign languages and/or international background and experience a major plus
