Job Description
The Global Content Distribution group is responsible for the distribution of series and features to Free TV, FVOD, Pay TV, SVOD, Basic Cable, Pay-per-view, Video-on-demand and Electronic sell-through/download to own (EST/DTO).

Deal Management identifies and manages product availability, shares strategies for maximized sales/revenue exploitation opportunities, and maintains internal systems tracking all sales and deal terms. The department creates availability lists, clears product, and processes and reviews all incoming sales orders, deal change orders, contracts and amendments on a timely basis. Deal Management determines the qualification of newly released programming for inclusion in worldwide output agreements and run-of-series deals, coordinates with clients to identify product to fulfill library volume commitments, sends product notifications to clients and provides client assistance on various inquiries. The Department also prepares and issues a variety of scheduled reports and responds to ad hoc inquiries from internal departments.
Overview & Responsibilities

Systems/Technology:
• Participate with Technology team to design, develop and deploy Sales and Deal Management systems including Salesforce, deal management and rights management systems
• Participate in GCD system's enhancements including testing and training

Data Management:
• Maintain master data tables including metadata related to Customers and Products across multiple deal management systems
• Maintain title metadata including distribution rights, production budgets, airdates among other data points in various deal management systems
• Setup, maintain and approve licensees in various deal management systems
• Prepare and track titles for third party submission and approval

Business Support:
• Work with various business units to build and maintain Airtables to facilitate business processes
• Work with Sales/Commercial Operations teams to train and enforce standard business operations related to the sales process
• Prepare routine reports including sales histories, deal management or division performance metrics
• Ad hoc projects and requests as required

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of related experience with relevant work experience in television, film or media
• Bachelor's degree, desired
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is required
• Strong Microsoft office and software application skills
• Strong time management, planning and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
• Must be a strategic thinker and problem solver
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Must be extremely detail oriented
• Must be a team player

Additional Qualifications
• Experience with Salesforce or other similar customer relationship management systems
• Experience with deal management, rights management or similar enterprise resource planning systems
• Proficiency in Airtable is desired

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $74,400.00 - $93,000.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
