GENERAL/OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
For assigned retail accounts:
• Develop and manage comprehensive fiscal retail business plans by key account that deliver on business strategies and financial goals, portfolio priorities, seasonal plans and OMNI-channel objectives
• Maintain a regular presence in the field as the face of Paramount Consumer Products to retailers, developing and leading strong buyer relationships
• Ensure key corporate values including of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is reflective in all we do
• Manage Sales Lifecycle Planning, establishing a clear buyer engagement cadence that enforces the timely delivery of communications to secure investment (E-Commerce & In-Store)
• Support quarterly joint business planning cadences with retailers ensuring accurate and up to date account reflections against trends, goals, priorities and opportunities
• Work closely with the teams to shape retail programs designed to drive POS/revenue impact and support integrative cross-promotional programs for Paramount+ where relevant
• Maintain a thorough record of account organization structures, contacts, frontlines interactions (attendees, feedback, outcomes) and ensure delivery on all key follow ups
• Maintain regular retail account dashboards that track and report progress against KPIs, POS goals, fiscal plans, and latest intel and updates
• Liaise with Franchise to maintain a strong understanding of the Paramount portfolio and it's IP
• Liaise with the Analytics team to review retail POS, trends, and overall market data to identify immediate successes, gaps and opportunities
• Liaise with Category team to align key hardlines, softlines and CPG objectives to drive corresponding growth plans across retail departments
• Work closely with Sr. Director, Retail & Marketing and Director, Retail & Hardlines on differentiated strategies for the retail landscape to drive market-wide growth
• Support internal retail development meetings to guide the team on key account priorities and progress against calendarized plans
• Act as a key contributor to internal CP strategy discussions and long-range plans
• Develop custom pitch presentations as relevant in partnership with the Creative team
• Oversee major Retail Sales Events such as studio swings and tradeshows that exhibit cross-property strength and market leadership
• Leverage best practices from other territories, liaise with US & international counterparts on scalable opportunities and strategy across the IP portfolio
• Complete store checks and ensure visual merchandising (in-store and online) is highly differentiated and to top creative and quality standards

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
• Degree in business a plus
