THE ROLE
As a member of the Brand Partnerships team, this national role will be primarily responsible for leading our day-to-day hospitality and ticketing needs for our partners, prospects, and key clients. This role will serve as a direct concierge for our national partners working closely with our internal sponsorship, ticketing, food & beverage and premium seat sales teams, as well as external partners, to deliver against ticketing, hospitality, and administrative needs. In addition to the day-to-day requests, this role will lead and track our national in-market ticketing programs working closely with our brand management, promoter and marketing teams to ensure their success.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Day-to-day ticketing concierge for our national partners, including both email and phone communication, servicing their ticket requests
• Direct ticket concierge for select partners' clients, liaising directly with customers and offering best in class service
• Manage large and often complex orders for a variety of partners and related programs across Canada while liaising with various ticketing teams and venues to help facilitate. This includes monitoring inventory, tracking of various sales and regular client-facing reporting
• Track and fulfill all contractual national venue & festival ticket deliverables for our partners
• Maintain and update partner accounts and budget trackers within our ticketing platform, while providing relevant reports to internal teams as needed
• Update and analyze partner ticket program sales trackers and communicate sales as needed, while maintaining ticket inventory to maximize sales opportunities
• Coordinate partner and internal hospitality requirements as needed, including but not limited to suite rentals, premium seating, bulk ticket buys, dinner reservations, food & beverage purchases and partner hosting events
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Minimum two (2) years in the hospitality or customer service industry, with ticketing experience being an asset
• Exceptional customer service, organizational and administrative skills
• Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, multi-demand work environment with excellent time management
• Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships both internally and externally
• Proven to perform well under pressure; managing high volumes and multiple priorities simultaneously
• A positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, confidentiality and discretion
• Ability to work evenings & weekends as required
• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Sits for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; stands and walks throughout the day; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.
