HR Coordinator, Paramount Media Network Production (Contract)
Overview:

Paramount Media Network (PMN) is seeking a positive, service oriented, highly motivated and collaborative HR Coordinator to join their newly created HR Production division. This is an ideal position for the candidate who is looking to grow a career in Human Resources. The strong candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be team oriented, collaborative, solution oriented, curious and will thrive in an environment where sifting through ambiguity and 'operating in the grey' is the norm. Moreover, the nature of the work will require that the candidate demonstrates initiative and be flexible/adaptive to a fast-paced and fluid production environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the team by performing day-to-day administrative tasks, this includes but is not limited to:
• Swiftly churn out high-quality deliverables to meet project deadlines
• Produce and distribute reports, decks and show trackers
• Attend production meetings, kick-off calls and have the 'finger on the pulse' when it comes to production slates and show activity and in turn ensure that HRP leadership has up-to-date information at all times
• Work closely with HR Sr. Manager to help create various reports and metrics that will allow us to measure successes and identify areas that need attention either on one production, or across productions.
• Represent PMN on cross-company HRP projects as needed
• Act as the conduit between HRP, Health & Safety; Risk; Labor, Production Management, OGI & Learning and Development to ensure that information flows in a timely and consistent manner and invoices are processed where needed
• Be an HRP ambassador and work closely with the various production admins to ensure that we/HRP are delivering information and assistance in a timely and consistent manner.
• Building relationships with internal and external production partners is key, and spending time on various sets and/or production offices from time to time will allow HRP to maintain a level of visibility when needed.
• Monitoring HR Mailbox: responding to general queries; escalating issues in a timely manner
• Booking travel and processing expenses for team
• Run point on scheduling trainings, workshops, programs (includes invites, attendance tracking; room bookings, distributing materials)
• Updating various Share Points; documents; tracking sheets and resource sites

Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR support role
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized with good follow-up and follow-through skills
• Ability to deal with confidential material and sensitive issues with tact
• Ability to build relationships and balance employee advocacy with business objectives
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities in a timely manner

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $28.84 - 28.84. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
