Overview and Responsibilities

Paramount seeks an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the DTC Segment and the SVP of Paramount+ Domestic. The ideal candidate will lead day-to-day activities, travel and calendar scheduling, managing expenses, coordinating special projects, serve as liaison between staff and executives, and contribute to the business by taking on various responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for an experienced assistant with excellent initiative to be part of a fast-paced team.
• Provide administrative support including, but not limited to, managing calendars, handling all expenses, and event planning
• Coordinate travel, including flight reservations, hotels and car services
• Assist with handling logistics for meetings including coordinating agendas, keeping attendee lists, reserving conference rooms, preparing written materials, and managing catering and booking reservations
• Prepare T&E reports, reconcile corporate card expenses, and uphold company T&E policies
• Take lead and/or assist in organizing and coordinating events as needed (e.g., team building events, leadership offsites, lunch meeting, office events, etc.)
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations
• Prepare and maintain organizational charts
• Ensure complete preparation for all meetings including researching and writing, agendas, coordinating materials and communicating with attendees
• Manage the key team leadership meetings, all-hands, and annual offsites
• External event management, including budget ownership and vendor negotiations
• Maintain extensive knowledge of key issues, commitments and priorities of the CFO & SVP

Basic Qualifications
• 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience in the C-Suite

Additional Qualifications
• Highly organized, problem solver, self-starter with ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at once
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative, teammate who takes initiative and thrives with adversity
• Excellent judgment, poise and professionalism and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Ability to maintain composure and be effective in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, follow through and customer service
• Strong intuition with the ability to anticipate needs and develop options
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced experience with Google Calendar and Google Drive a plus
• Strong comprehension of Zoom integrations & plugins
• Experience with corporate travel and expense software (Concur & CWT) preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $65,000.00 - 100,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
