Overview and Responsibilities:
Paramount's Vantage is the leading advanced advertising platform in the industry, bringing audience-based solutions to clients with activations that span our massive linear, digital, and addressable TV portfolio, and features premium content from brands including CBS, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, VH1, Paramount+, and Pluto TV, among others.
This position is responsible for contributing to the continued growth of advanced advertising revenue within the Paramount portfolio. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work across multiple teams both internally and externally, have a solid foundational understanding of the current advanced advertising landscape, prove to be adaptive to changing priorities, and be able to quickly absorb new concepts.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Manage a dedicated list of accounts assigned by holding company
• Establish and foster relationships with clients, agencies, and internal teams
• Identify opportunities for growth, and work in collaboration with partner sales teams to pursue new, and grow existing, business
• Prioritize and lead to ensure proper account management both internally and externally
• Supervise and develop Account Managers
• Establish oneself as a thought leader within the advanced advertising community and evangelize Vantage's unique positioning within the marketplace
• Serve as a subject matter expert and internal resource for the entire ad sales organization
• Tailor approach and materials to each client with respect to their level of knowledge and experience in audience-based activations
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 10+ years of proven advertising sales, or equivalent, experience
Additional Qualifications:
• Understanding of advanced advertising concepts and landscape
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to distill complex concepts and present them in a clear manner
• Willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment
