Audience Insights Assistant will work across all channels in the portfolio to deliver actionable insight to drive creative and commercial success. You will be the voice of the viewer for our partners. The role also has responsibility for the forecasting performance of Paramount brands across linear TV and VoD. This analysis helps shape the programming approach and is the basis of all financial modelling. It will be used by key collaborators to inform key decisions on scheduling, acquisitions, commissions, and platform strategy.
What will you be doing?
• Run daily, weekly and monthly reports on the performance of our channels and competitors, across all platforms – linear, BVOD and SVOD
• Regularly report on key shows to the commissioners, marketing and production companies
• Compile data from brand tracking and other data led projects
• Compile end of programme series reports, identifying actionable insights for partners
• Analyse and prepare summaries of online surveys
• Responsible for the long-term forecasts and communication of, impacts, SOCI, SOSCI and share of viewing across all applicable audiences for selected Paramount brands using knowledge of the content, competition, seasonality, marketing and schedules. Detail any major changes in commentary to finance and other stakeholder, with further detail available if needed
• Adopt the 'One Paramount' approach and encourage collaboration and team working
• Be an ambassador for all Paramount channels, internally and externally
• Adopt and promote the Paramount values and support a culture of inclusion
What are we looking for?
• Experienced analyst ideally from a media background
• Highly numerate and competent at analysing large datasets to deliver actionable insight
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
• Good Microsoft office skills – PowerPoint being key
• Knowledge of TV data systems including Techedge, TV Beat and Adobe
• Experience of Dashboard/Visualisation tool such as Tablaeu
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with autonomy and take responsibility for your own workload
• A passion for content and broadcasting
• Desirable – Experience of writing and interpreting findings from online surveys
• Desirable - Presenting insights to partners
• Desirable – Experience of statistical research software tools such as Q
• Desirable – Knowledge of qualitative research
