The Air Time Supervisor actively supports Ad Sales. Key responsibilities include co-ordinating the Velocity International airtime requirements directly with the regional ATP teams, and centrally managing the trafficking process of materials.

A key element of the role will be to support the Commercial Operations Manager in managing all Commercial airtime for Velocity International sales, UK & Ireland carriage deal commitments & UK commercial initiatives.

What will you be doing?

Booking / Planning
• Work with sales and the various international regions to ensure the advertising campaigns are booked and delivered in accordance with the clients requirements
• Ensure revenue is entered accurately by all the channels as laid down in the TV media plan, reconciling onair and sponsorship revenues with the delivery reports.
• Forecast UK & Ireland inventory airtime to Sky liaising with the various partners within Paramount
• Manage the monthly and yearly inventory to Sky for both UK and Ireland, analysing data to ensure we are optimising the inventory
• Set up orders/customers/agencies accurately in booking systems subject to credit check approval
• Improving processes and reporting for the airtime management
• Create an agenda and run weekly meetings with internal sales teams to forecast monthly airtime in the UK and Ireland

TV advert Administration
• Chase and receive all commercial adverts from media agency / client
• Ensure adverts for the UK market is approved by Clearcast
• Confirm adverts for the UK market is ready for TX from playout
• Ensure adverts for all other markets are cleared with the relevant legal department
• Ensure adverts aligns with TX technical requirements and is received within the TX deadlines
• Deliver adverts to the markets via their relevant delivery route

Co-ordination
• Liaise with regional ATP teams to notify them of Velocity commercial airtime needed
• Be aware of inventory availability situation across Paramount channels
• Pre/ Post schedule compilation for on air campaigns
• Ensuring full transmission of schedules delivering per plans with confirmed plans and bookings
• Inform Velocity Sales of all regional campaigns and creative deadlines
• Serve as primary contact for escalation process

What are we looking for?
• Experience of television ad sales business
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy (esp. numeric)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and preferred experience on industry specific sales systems.
• Time Management and workload planning
• Customer focused
• A great teammate able to work towards the objectives of the team
• High level of self initiative
• Conscientious with respect to meeting deadlines
