Talent Agent's Assistant

Job Description

Prestigious boutique talent agency located in West Hollywood seeks a talent assistant to two talent agents (myself included) for actors to start January 2022. Tasks include, but are not limited to handling client scheduling, corresponding with casting directors and clients, submitting clients on Breakdowns, uploading auditions, tracking, coverage, rolling calls. Previous experience and knowledge of InEntertainment, Breakdown Express, Microsoft Outlook a must. 

MUST have experience working at a talent agency, management company, production company and DESIRE to be an agent and/or looking to learn the agency side. Willing to commit to a M-F, 10-7, in an office, and must certainly have a personality and wants to have fun and make money!
