Job Description
Position Summary: The Team Liaison Manager, Account Services for the 2026 World Cup will be responsible for executing a strategic training plan to maximize revenue from our external sales partners. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in sports sales/service, exceptional organization skills, and a proven track record of providing clear communication and directives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
• Execute comprehensive training/service/retention strategies for our external sales partners.
• Collaborate with the VP of Sales, Director of Account Services, Director of Sales Partnerships, marketing and events teams to align service/training initiatives with promotional campaigns.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our external sales organizations by setting consistent meetings throughout the year.
• Highly knowledgeable of our ticketing platform system, Secutix.
• Play an integral part in the fulfillment process by ensuring accurate ticket delivery and manage the mobile ticket delivery process when necessary.
• Deliver prompt customer service by providing resolutions to On Location's corporate clients and premium package buyers either in person, or via phone, and or email
• Maintain a working knowledge of all events/services to provide customer support; assist external sales partners with e-mail/call campaigns.
• Execute all other duties assigned by the team or leadership.
Event Coordination:
• Work closely with each external sales organization to ensure premium sales align with event logistics and customer experience.
• Provide input on the design and delivery of hospitality and VIP experiences.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within the sports or entertainment industry.
• Strong network of contacts within the sports, entertainment, and corporate sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Range Minimum:
$67,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$90,000 annually
