Boutique Management Company is looking to expand in 2026. We are looking for Theatrical Managers to add to our team. In order to apply, you must have at least one year working at a Talent Agency or a Management Company--either as an Assistant or as a Manager/Agent. This job is perfect for Assistants who are ready to take what they've learned to the next level, or Managers/Agents unsatisfied by their current employment situation.

This is a fully remote, fully commission based job--with preference for candidates in the Los Angeles or New York areas. You will earn a commission split based on experience and performance. You must have proficiency with Breakdown Express, Casting Networks, Casting Workbook and Casting Frontier platforms (or be willing to learn). If you have any current clients you would like to bring on board, please ask us about how our vetting process works. On day one you will be able to submit NOVA clients, so you will have the ability to earn commision as you build your own Roster.

We are looking for team players who are excellent communicators over email, as this is our main means of communication. Organized people who think outside the box and love to collaborate to come up with solutions. We hold ourselves to a high standard, and we are looking for candidates who will contribute to that standard.
