Seasonal Product Operations Coordinator
The NFL Digital Media group seeks a dynamic Product Operations Coordinator to provide crucial support across various platforms including NFL.com, the NFL app, NFL Fantasy, and Club Sites. This role will be integral in coordinating operational activities and ensuring seamless execution. Reporting directly to the Senior Product Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing digital product performance.

Responsibilities:
• Operational Readiness: Equip Operations teams with essential resources, documentation, and training materials to support new products. Develop runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and resolution paths to ensure teams are prepared for launches and updates.
• Live Streaming Support: Assist in the execution of live digital streaming events on NFL-owned platforms, including mobile, tablet, CTV, and web browsers. Ensure smooth operations and rapid issue resolution during live game days and special events. Support the NFL's live stream programming on NFL+, NFL Channel, and NFL Network during both the offseason and in-season.
• Digital Content Programming Support: Utilize administrative tools to assist in content programming efforts and support the maintenance of NFL.com properties.
• Gameday Operations Support: Provide real-time operational support for NFL digital apps on all game days and League tentpole events. Proactively report, prioritize, and escalate issues to maintain platform stability and fan engagement. Support game validation during preseason, in-season, and postseason games.
• Internal Team Support: Field and respond to questions and issues from internal teams through the dedicated Product Operations Slack channel, ensuring quick and effective resolution of operational concerns.
Required Qualifications:
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work all NFL Game Days, including Preseason, Regular Season, and Playoffs, as well as major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
• Strong knowledge of sports, particularly the NFL, and digital sports products.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in business, marketing, communications, computer science, or related field is preferred
• 1-3 years' experience coordinating and supporting digital products in a sports entertainment, digital, media or related industry
• Prior experience with Live event support and streaming operations
• Prior experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Prior experience in operational support of a web and mobile based applications
Other Key Attributes / Characteristics:
• Ability to comprehend and document business rules effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Avid interest and knowledge of NFL football.
Terms /Expected Hours of Work:
• 40 hours per week
• Seasonal, up to 7-month role
• Must be flexible to work weekends (specifically Sundays in-season)
• Must be able to work all NFL Game Days, including Preseason, Regular Season and Playoffs, in-office.
• Must be able to work on holidays (e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's).
• Required to work from Inglewood, CA office
Salary / Pay Range

The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
Salary
$37 - $37 USD
