Job Description
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team! In this role, you'll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes-handling admin tasks, keeping track of programming updates, and making sure our sales team has the info they need when they need it. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and great at juggling tasks, we'd love to hear from you. In this role you will be supporting Sales Managers, Account Executives with both TV spot and digital sales.
• Support the Sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Stay current on traffic policies and help ensure everything runs by the book
• Keep programming info up to date-like schedules, grids, and rate updates in Wide Orbit Media Sales
• Work with vendor research teams to create program and research one-sheets
• Assist with order entry and traffic for both Spot TV and digital orders.
• Assist with accounting tasks using different systems and tools
• Work in conjunction with management to monitor digital campaigns
• Prepare forms, reports, and co-op scripts (some of which need to be notarized)
• Keep our weekly inventory reports updated
• Organize and maintain files and business records
• Jump in and help with other tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills-you're comfortable speaking and writing in English
• At least 1 year of experience in an admin or support role (bonus if it's in sales or media!)
• Comfortable using computers, phones, copiers, scanners, etc.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
